JUSTIN BIEBER DEFENDS HIS MARRIAGE, REFERENCES SELENA GOMEZ RELATIONSHIP – (03/27/2019)

Justin Bieber has had enough of trolls sending him and his wife Hailey Bieber messages that he should get back with Selena Gomez.

Bieber took to Instagram to respond to a comment that slammed his marriage and claimed he only married Hailey to get back at Selena. He posted a lengthy comment in response, and then reposted the entire exchange on his Instagram Story with a message to fans, “Stop sending Hailey and I these messages. If you love me screenshot this and repost everywhere.”

In part, Justin’s response to the troll read, “I absolutely loved and love Selena she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over [heels] in love with my wife and she is absolutely the BEST THING that has ever happened to me period.”

He added, “This is a reply to all immature sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like ‘he always goes back to Selena’ or ‘Selena is better for him.’ YOU HAVE NO IDEA MY LIFE AND WHAt’s good for me!!” Hailey is my Bride period if you don’t like that or support that that means you don’t support me and if you don’t support me [you’re] not a fan nor a good person.

AVICII’S FAMILY LAUNCHES CHARITABLE FOUNDATION IN HIS NAME – (03/27/2019)

The family of the late DJ Avicii is honoring the musician’s memory with a mental health-focused foundation set to launch on the one-year anniversary of his death.

The Tim Bergling Foundation, named after the DJ’s given moniker, will debut April 20th with a focus on supporting those with mental illness and suicide prevention.

“Tim wanted to make a difference. Starting a foundation in his name is our way to honor his memory and continue to act in his spirit,” the family said in a press release.

The Tim Bergling Foundation will later expand to include initiatives for climate change, endangered species protection and nature conservation.

The 28-year-old Swedish hitmaker died in Muscat, Oman, two years after he announced his retirementt from touring following years of chronic health problems including acute pancreatitis. Shortly after his death, Avicii’s family issued a statement implying the musician died from suicide.

SIA HAS MORE VIDEOS IN YOUTUBE’S BILLION VIEWS CLUB THAN ANY OTHER FEMALE ARTIST: Sia has hit a milestone in YouTube’s Billion Views Club. The singer’s video for “Elastic Heart” has now surpassed a billion views, making it her fifth video as a lead artist, featured artist or collaborator to do so. That means she now has more videos the Billion Views Club than any other female artist on YouTube. Her other videos with more than a billion views include “Chandelier,” “Cheap Thrills,” “Titanium” with David Guetta, and “Diamonds,” the song she wrote for Rihanna. Meanwhile, Post Malone just entered the Billion Views Club for the first time, thanks to his 2017 video for “Congratulations.”

MATTEL PREVIEWS BTS DOLL COLLECTION: Mattel is giving fans a glimpse of its BTS doll collection. The company unveiled its line of dolls in the likeness of BTS members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook. Mattel shared a photo on Twitter featuring all six dolls in the collection. The dolls are inspired by the K-pop group’s music video for “Idol.” Mattel also shared individual photos of each member’s doll and outfit. RM wears a blue printed suit with a green shirt and white sneakers. BTS last released the album Love Yourself: Answer in August, and will kick off a new stadium tour in May. In addition, BTS shared plans this month for a new EP. The group will release Map of the Soul: Persona on April 12th.
