ALICIA KEYS HONORS ‘REGULAR HEROES’ IN NEW AMAZON ORIGINAL SERIES – (05/11/2020)

Alicia Keys stars in the premiere episode of Regular Heroes, a new Amazon Original Series highlighting courageous stories from the front-lines of COVID-19.

The first of the eight-episode docuseries is currently available to stream and highlights NYC’s Trevor Henry, New Orleans’ Burnell Cotlon and LA’s Athena Hayley as they each make personal sacrifices for their families and communities.

Regular Heroesl feature people making a difference in their cities and communities from all walks of life, including health care and emergency workers, grocery store employees, farmers, bus drivers, delivery personnel, sanitation workers, police officers, and others.

“This show is amazing! So pure and genuine! I’m happy to know this series will not only give support to but also put a face on the incredible people like Trevor, Burnell and Hayley,” Keys said in a statement. “They are the ones we clap for each night at 7 p.m. in New York. These are the heroes. And I’m so honored to celebrate them!”

TAYLOR SWIFT ‘CITY OF LOVER CONCERT’ SPECIAL COMING TO ABC: Taylor Swift’s new concert special, Taylor Swift City of Lover Concert, will air May 17th on ABC. The special airs immediately after the season finale of American Idol, and will be made available the following day on demand, Hulu and Disney+. The concert was filmed back in September of 2019 at L’Olympia Theater in Paris, France, and features Taylor singing songs off her latest album Lover from over 37 countries, and promises “unprecedented access to behind-the-scenes moments with the artist.” Meanwhile, Taylor posted a picture of herself with a glass in hand last week on her socials. “biiig isolation,” she captioned the post with wine and snake emojis, a throwback to her song “End Game” from 2017s reputation. Fans are interacting in the comments with potential hidden meanings in the image, which she’s been known to do to tease forthcoming releases.

DEMI LOVATO & MAX EHRICH KISS & DANCE TO ‘STUCK WITH U’ VIDEO: Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich filmed a sweet video clip for their friend Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s “Stuck with U” music video. Max posted the clip on his Instagram and captioned it, “my whole heart #stuckwithu.” Demi shared it too and wrote, “Happy to be a part of something so special right now. Like really REALLY happy if you can’t tell… 🥰🥰🥰” In the video, Demi and Max slow dance to the song and share smooches.

LITTLE MIX FILM ‘BREAK UP SONG’ VIDEO FROM THEIR HOMES DURING LOCKDOWN: Little Mix take it it back to the ‘80s with their new music video for “Break Up Song.” Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall all filmed videos from their homes during coronavirus lockdown, and then made a full music video from those for the new visual. “We were so gutted to have to cancel the official video shoot that ourselves and our team had worked so hard on,” the girls wrote on Instagram. They said they “loved the concept so much that we had to get creative to make sure you could still all see it! Hope you like it as much as we do #LMTV.”
