Ellen DeGeneres’ brand is built on the phrase, “be kind,” and now that WarnerMedia has launched a probe into the reportedly “toxic work environment” she has created at her eponymous show, experts say her career may be doomed.

Rumors of her bullying of staffers went viral on social media after a BuzzFeed investigation that included interviews with 10 current and former staffers, prompting the investigation, and though she has been surrounded by A-Listers and has received incredible accolades like the Presidential Medal of Freedom, no one is speaking out on her behalf. Her list of powerful pals includes Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake and Oprah Winfrey.

Eric Schiffer, chairman of Reputation Management Consultants, tells Fox: “She could be perpetrating one of the biggest frauds in American celebrity history. There are now serious investigators looking into the allegations and if the findings are as damning as what has been reported then you could watch the Ellen Show go boom.”

Meanwhile, the allegations of a “toxic work environment” were addressed by the show’s executive producers Ed Glavin, Andy Lassner and Mary Connelly in a statement to Buzzfeed at the time of the outlet’s report. They took the blame themselves.

“We are truly heartbroken and sorry to learn that even one person in our production family has had a negative experience,” they said. “It’s not who we are and not who we strive to be, and not the mission Ellen has set for us.”

The statement explained that the “day to day responsibility of the… show is completely on” the producers.

But some say that won’t stick. Schiffer said: “I think Ellen has been arrogant in her entire approach in dealing with the allegations and it’s crazy for her not to accept responsibility for what is happening under her leadership. In Hollywood, the buck stops at the star’s name on the door, not at the producer level. It would be impossible for her to not know what [was] happening within her own staff.”

Reports say that Justin Bieber visited Kanye West in Wyoming last week to convince him to stop avoiding his wife Kim Kardashian. According to People, the source said, “[Bieber] told Kanye that he needed to talk to Kim. And Kanye finally texted Kim and they talked on the phone.”

The source continued, “Kanye ghosted Kim. She tried to reach him for days, but he wouldn’t answer calls and he wouldn’t answer texts. Kanye didn’t want to face Kim. He doesn’t mind having a public spectacle but he avoids conflict when he’s like this. He knows he disappointed her and that kills him.”

The source told the magazine that Kim “had a lot to say” to Kanye, adding “She loves him, but she knows that it’s not healthy for her to be around him now, and it’s honestly not healthy for the kids. He needs to get his stuff together before he can be any sort of partner or father.”

KANYE WEST’S RUMORED RUNNING MATE’S SITE IS BACK UP: Though she has yet to confirm the news, Kanye West’s rumored running mate for president Michelle Tidball has put her website back up, TMZ reports. She took it down after West mentioned her as a potential running mate in a Forbes interview. The site, Yarash.org, says she is a “Biblical life coach.” It has reportedly been revamped, but still doesn’t reference West or a potential run. (TMZ)

Katy Perry has introduced the Firework Sneaker, a rainbow-striped shoe featuring a different affirmation written on each row of laces, to her footwear line.

Among them: “Kindness,” “Openness,” “Wellness,” “Inspire,” and “Fearless.” Read from the toe to the heel, the first letter of each affirmation spells out FIREWORK.

“Presenting…a shoe that will inspire you to ignite your inner light and step into the greater good,” Katy wrote on social media. “The Firework was inspired by the winning designs of three artistic Camp Firework campers that I had the pleasure of spending time with last summer.”

Camp Firework is a sleep-away camp that’s part of Katy’s Firework Foundation arts charity. All the kids at the camp were asked to design their own shoe, and three of the designs led to the Firework Sneaker.

Right now, you can score a pair shoes from Katy’s line for up to 70% off. The company is currently offering 10% of its sales to the Point Foundation, an organization supporting students in the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
