Justin Bieber is a big brother once again following the birth Thursday of baby girl Bay Bieber from Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber, and step-mother, Chelsey Bieber.

Bieber announced the birth of Bay on Instagram alongside a photo of the newborn wrapped up in a blanket.

“Meet the newest bieber, my little sister BAY BIEBER,” Bieber said. Jeremy also shared the news about Bay’s arrival on Instagram, posting a photo of himself, the baby and Chelsey inside the delivery room.

“We welcomed a healthy baby “Bay Bieber” born at 830 am,” Jeremy said.

Jeremy now has four children from previous relationships including Jazmyn, 10, and Jaxon, 8. Bay is Jeremy’s first child with Chelsey, who is also the mother of Allie, 11.

Jeremy and Chelsey tied the knot in February during a wedding that was attended by Bieber and his ex, Selena Gomez.

Selena Gomez is getting back to music: It appears that the long-awaited follow-up to her 2015 album Revival is ready.

During a live stream on a friend’s Instagram account, Selena stuck her head into the shot and blurted, “My album’s coming out later.”  She then added, “I’m done with it.”

Selena has released a string of stand-alone singles, including “Bad Liar,” “It Ain’t Me,” “Fetish,” “Wolves,” and her current track “Back to You,” from the 13 Reasons Why soundtrack. It’s not known if any or all of those songs will be on her new album.

Earlier this year, Selena told Harper’s Bazaar, “I don’t feel confident enough in where my music is yet,” adding, “If that takes 10 years, then it takes 10 years. I don’t care.”

Liam Payne is making some major changes to his upcoming music plans. The 24-year-old singer took to Twitter Thursday to reveal that he has debut album plans on the back burner and will release a shorter EP instead.

“As you know, the last few months have seen some big changes for me,” Liam writes. “I looked at some of the songs on my album which were done a while ago and they felt from another ago. I’m determined for my debut album to truly represent me.”

“I’m now back in the studio working hard to finalize the final few new songs on the record,” he continues. “I’m genuinely excited about the music I’m writing and recording and I can’t wait for it to be ready for you all.” Liam finished: “In the meantime, this EP is a collection of songs that I’m really proud of and wan you all to hear…tell me what you think. As always, thanks for your support – it means the world to me.”

Based on the rest of Payne’s message, it sounds like August 24th could be the release date for the EP that may be named First Time. Payne said in May that his debut album will be released on September 14th.

The Kelly Clarkson Show, Kelly Clarkson’s next TV talk show project, has its pilot episode in the can, according to Entertainment Tonight. The program includes laughs, tears and a motif that led the audience to believe they were inside of a barn.

“The stage reflects her country roots and looks like the inside of a barn,” ET reported, adding that Clarkson already filmed interviews with some heavy-hitters. “Kelly’s first celebrity guests include Josh Groban, Terry Crews and Chloe Grace Moretz.”

“Kelly cried at least three times while interviewing real people including a homeless shelter employee,” the site noted, adding that her style is less “Oprah…more like a Kelly Ripa.”

While Ellen DeGeneres might kick off each show with a dance, Kelly plans to jump-start her episodes with a bit of karaoke, and her inaugural tune is none other than Cardi B’s “I Like It.”

The show is aiming for a Fall 2019 release. No network is attached for now.
