DAKOTA JOHNSON’S ELLEN DEGENERES INTERVIEW GOES VIRAL: An RSVP misunderstanding between Dakota Johnson and Ellen DeGeneres has taken on a life of its own. Last week, the Fifty Shades of Grey star swung by DeGeneres’ talk show, and when the host started chatting about Johnson’s recent 30th birthday party in Malibu, things got awkward. “How was the party? I wasn’t invited,” DeGeneres jested, before Johnson quickly reminded her that she was included on the event’s guest list. “Actually, no, that’s not the truth, Ellen,” Johnson corrected. “Last time I was on the show, last year, you gave me a bunch of s— about not inviting you, but I didn’t even know you wanted to be invited,” Johnson said in the recent appearance, to which DeGeneres responded, “Well, who wouldn’t want to be invited to a party?” Johnson said: “Well, I didn’t even know you liked me.”DeGeneres replied: “Of course I like you. You knew I liked you.” Silence. “You’ve been on the show many times, and don’t I show like?”

A short video clip has surfaced of Billie Eilish being interviewed by Jimmy Kimmel a couple weeks back, in which she apparently reveals that she doesn’t know who Van Halen is. As Kimmel quizzes her on various musical acts, he asks, “Can you name a Van Halen?” Eilish responds, “Who?” Kimmel retorts, “I’m gonna start crying.”

The clip has caused an uproar on Twitter, with older rock fans taking the 17-year-old alternative star to task for her lack of knowledge — even if Eilish was only 10 when the last Van Halen album came out in 2012 — while those under a certain age don’t care either if she knows who Van Halen is or not.

Current Van Halen bassist Wolfgang Van Halen, who’s only 28 years old, weighed in as well, tweeting, “If you haven’t heard of @billieeilish, go check her out. She’s cool. If you haven’t heard of @VanHalen, go check them out. They’re cool too. Music is supposed to bring us together, not divide us. Listen to what you want and don’t shame others for not knowing what you like.”

In Eilish’s defense, Van Halen have been largely inactive since she entered her teen years. She was 13 when they played their most recent concert, in October 2015, and the band seemingly have no plans to play any more in the near future. Rumors have also been rampant lately about guitarist Eddie Van Halen being in poor health.

Eilish is nominated for six Grammy Awards this year for her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?

Kylie Jenner and Drake reportedly started hooking up shortly after she split from longtime boyfriend Travis Scott, with whom she shares Stormi. The pair were spotted getting cozy at parties in October, but they split after media got wind of their budding romance, Page Six reports.

Sources tell the paper, “Neither of them want to be publicly seen as a couple.”

For her part, Jenner was reportedly concerned over Drake’s rep as a womanizer. “She’s smarter than that,” said an insider. Jenner has known Drake since she was a kid; he even performed at her Sweet 16 party in 2013.

Meanwhile, some fans speculate that Jenner is getting back together with Scott. The pair were spotted celebrating over Thanksgiving weekend with members of the Kardashian family including Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Baby True.

And yes, video of them appearing verrryy friendly surfaced on social media.

TIFFANY HADDISH WILL HOST THE OSCARS … IF: Tiffany Haddish told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that she would consider hosting the Oscars “if they paid me and I could do it with somebody… If you did it with me I would do it,” she told Fallon. “Like, I don’t want all that pressure on me ’cause I’m gonna lose my hair and then I’m gonna have to really wear wigs all the time. It’s too much stress. I mean, unless they paid me, like, a lot of money. I’d be like, ‘It’s worth it!'” Still, she says, if she does, it will be “hot” and “fun.” No doubt.
